Joyce Connor is an award winning make up artist based in the South East of the UK. She has 20 years cosmetics industry experience and is always updating her skills in the make up world. Make up is the love of her life and Joyce will transform you with her make up skills. Joyce Connor says “A professional make up artist will be passionate and listen to her clients needs. make up artists should be inclusive and have a diverse portfolio. All make up artists should make their clients feel at ease and the artist should be able to create the desired make up look using their knowledge and professioanl kit of skincare and make up”

Joyce loves to write about make up too and has her work published in many publications online and in print. She is a regular guest on BBC Radio Berkshire and runs make up masterclasses and workshops as well as one to one make up lessons. Joyce was promoted to Regional Coordinator of Reading and Newbury Berkshire for the charity Look Good Feel Better where she runs skincare and make up workshops for women with cancer.

Joyce believes that make up is for enhancing your inner beauty. She uses make up to make you look flawless and fabulous! In 2017 Joyce has become Creative Director and qualified teacher as part of a great new make up school Pout Make Up Academy teaching accredited make up courses in London and Surrey.

Joyce has worked with many of the UK’s leading bridal and fashion designers to do make up for their new collections and launches. Also working alongside photographers for lifestyle, fashion, model portfolios and boudoir sessions. Joyce has traveled nationally and internationally doing make up across the world.

Joyce was a panelist for {Un}Convention ‘Discussing feminism, racial diversity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and intersectionality for the wedding industry and beyond’
